Attendees may wish to arrive prior to or remain past reunion dates. The Radisson is pleased to honor our rates up to three days prior to and three days after reunion dates. Thier reservations department will acknowledge each of these requests on an individual basis based upon availability.
ROOM RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
Individuals wishing to stay on the specific dates may call the Central Reservations systems 800.333.333. Individuals that wish to arrive prior or after the specified dates should call the hotel direct 210.224.7155 and ask for the Reservations department.
A promotional code has been established for any individuals wishing to go on line http://www.radisson.com/sanantoniotx and book directly with the hotel. You will be prompted once you are in the reservations field, there will be a box that will ask for a promotional code (WASHOE) once entered this will automatically provide you with the special group rate.
